Diamond and Dazzle: Discord

Whenever Diamond and Discord come together in the fanbase, it always seems to come back to one specific third party: Screwball. Whether she's Diamond's sister, Diamond's aunt, Diamond's mother, or Diamond herself, Screwball's almost always used in some way to relate these two characters together. Why? Because she came about during Discord's reign and has similar mane and coat colors to Diamond.

Since Diamond's so prideful, she's high up on the list for people to want to see "reduced" to something. Reduced to tears, reduced to poverty, reduced to insanity, reduced to a jiggling mass, any of it's fair game. Given Discord's jocular nature, it's hard to imagine a story involving him and Diamond where Diamond isn't reduced to something in some way. However, since they're both pretty chaotic in nature, the two of them together is bound to make for something interesting, whether Screwball's there or not.
